I am a self taught freelance photographer now living in Benfleet. Having been interested in photography all my life I decided back in 1999 to take the hobby to the next level and started earning money from it. Around the same time I was introduced to something called a 'Mac' running 'Photoshop'. I was blown away and realisd immediately the potential of this tool. The only problem was that I had never even switched on a computer never mind used one. So began a long journey of not only teaching myself to use a computer but the added challenge of the steep learning curve of mastering Photoshop. By 2003 I had made the full transition to digital with the purchase of a Nikon D100. I have never looked back, enjoying complete control of an image from capture to output, whether for print or screen.
